Summer is behind us! Time to transition your summer wardrobe to fall fashion and make room for new and warmer clothing. Clothes for which it has become really too cold can be put away so that they are no longer in the way. That creates order! But don’t set aside everything.
Certain summer styles can also be worn in the autumn. What you can store away are typically summer materials such as linen and thin woven fabrics. Silk and denim items and heavier fabrics will also do well in autumn. Just like thin tops and light colored items that you can easily combine with warm cardigans and scarves.
And on a final note let yourself get inspired! Many magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar and Elsevier Mode pay extra attention to the new looks. Another source of inspiration is the catwalk shows of, for example, Dries van Noten, Christian Dior, Victoria Beckham, Marc Jacobs and Céline. Nice to pick new ideas for the warm and cozy autumn season. Just enjoy!
