Moisturize moisturize and moisturize
Apply hand cream throughout the entire day to keep them greasy. The drier the skin, the greasier the ointment must be. The fatty layer does not absorb, which means that no more water can escape from the skin. Vegetable oils such as sunflower oil, olive oil and coconut fat are the most effective, safe and inexpensive means to maintain dry skin.
Use mild soap as much as possible
When washing your hands, use mild soap such as ‘Savon de Marseille’ (with olive oil or palm oil) as much as you can. Also do not wash your hands with hot water.
Antibacterial soaps are important these days! But these are extremely drying. So apply hand cream after drying your hands.
Take care of your skin. Wear gloves while cleaning. During colder weather or when it’s cold outside in early mornings, put on gloves before you go out – even though the weather is not extremely cold.
