Your new woolen cardigan or your favorite warm sweater suddenly starts to take pills. Those little fluff or dust balls seem to come from nowhere. What do you do about it? How can you prevent this and remove the fluff?
What causes pills on clothes?
The fluff is caused by the friction of the material, which will cause problems with both good and lesser quality clothing. The fibers of the material wrap around each other, something that happens both during washing and wearing. Especially with woolen clothing you suffer from pills. And then around the armpits, on the elbows and on the hand. Because there is a lot of friction there.
How to prevent your clothes from bobbling?
How do you stop your sweaters from pilling?
You cannot prevent pills, but you can ensure that your garment full of pills will look better again. So that you look neat and stylish 😉
